ScheduleALL - Getting Started

Welcome to ScheduleALL, where Calendar Events, Tasks, Contacts, and Inter-company Mail are shared across your network. Additions and changes are checked every 5 minutes (while the program is opened) so your desktop reflects the lasted information.

Calendar Events, Tasks and Contacts are assigned to Categories so that visibility can either predetermined by the administrator, or changed by each user. See About Categories for more information.

When you first start the program the following screen, which contains a Toolbar, Category Selector, Shortcut Icons and Calendar View, fills your desktop.
